Another day, another cancer diagnosis.
Yay, me.
Overachiever that I am, I had to be one of the 1 to 3% of women to get a completely different cancer.
No recurrence for me, let’s try something more badass, right?
I’m Her2+ which used to be a death sentence. Harry Connick Jr. was in a movie called Living Proof about the development of the drug used to treat this type. I will watch it of course, mostly for Harry Connick Jr.
I finally finished my masters degree and this is my graduation gift.
So much for my plans. I think imma quit making any altogether.
I start chemo on Jan 18th. I’m gonna try a contraption to try to keep my hair. I could possibly keep it all or end up with a chrome dome, only time will tell. This disease is rarely pretty.
Maybe I’ll blog about this, maybe I won’t.
The years of the locusts have not ended, yet.
